Full dry lining of a 3-bedroom semi-detached property in the Hartsholme area. Removed old lath and plaster, installed British Gypsum plasterboard on metal stud walls, finished with Thistle Multi-Finish skim coat.

Passive fire protection for a 4-storey office conversion. Intumescent seals around 120 pipe and cable penetrations, fire-rated plasterboard enclosures, and Promat fire stopping compound. 2-hour fire resistance rating achieved.
